Refund Policy

Our standard
We want you to be happy with TempoDocs. If something isn't working as advertised, we'll make it right.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We refund pro-rated amounts only for billing errors or extended service outages.
One-time template purchases
Because templates are delivered digitally and instantly downloadable, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If a template is materially different from its description, or the file is corrupted, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@tempo-docs.com from the address on your account, include your order ID, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve things faster directly.
